At Sofia Luna Healing we are passionate about creating natural health products crafted with care, using only pure and high-quality ingredients. As someone who has always struggled with chronically dry and irritated skin, I know firsthand how hard it can be to find products that truly heal the skin without causing further irritation. This, along with other various life experiences, are what inspired me to start creating my own remedies, that were gentle, effective, non-toxic, and made with love & intention.
That personal healing journey deepened even further when my partner, Jesse, and I began working together on an organic farm, where we found a deep sense of peace and gratitude in nurturing the land. We started cultivating our own premium organic plants and herbs - the very ingredients that now form the heart of our products we share with you today. At Sofia Luna Healing, our commitment to sustainable living extends to sourcing locally-made ingredients whenever possible, while also ensuring that our non-local ingredients are pure, chemical-free, ethically sourced, and certified organic.

We take pride in using certified organic ingredients to ensure the highest quality and purity in our products. Our plants are cultivated at Plan B Organic Farms, and our bee products come from HumbleBee, a trusted source with organically-managed bees in the Hamilton area. We are committed to using only fair trade, organic, and non-GMO butters and carrier oils in our products, including our apricot kernel oil from Italy, which is cold-pressed, unrefined, nutrient-rich, and full of its natural goodness, or our rosehip oil from the wild rosa canina bushes that grow abundantly in the southern regions of Chile, thriving in clean air, nutrient-rich soil, and without the need for pesticides or fertilizers. Additionally, all of our essential oils are certified 100% pure, pesticide-free, and ethically-sourced from DoTERRA, New Directions, and from Anarres Natural Health Apothecary in Toronto.
Sadly, today’s commercial beauty and skincare industry contains many synthetic compounds, with one of the biggest concerns being the presence of hormone-disrupting chemicals hidden in these everyday products. At Sofia Luna Healing, we’re deeply committed to crafting formulas that are completely free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, phthalates, and other endocrine disruptors, because hormonal balance is deeply root in one's wellbeing.
